Moderation and Enforcement
Otaku EX may review, edit, move, hide, reject, or remove user content and may warn, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, community guidelines, or applicable law; address security or abuse; or protect users and the service. We are not obligated to monitor every submission and cannot guarantee that objectionable material will never appear.

The Otaku EX name, logos, site design, and original editorial content are owned by Otaku EX or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless the law permits otherwise, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the site without prior permission.
Anime, manga, game, studio, publisher, character, product, and other third-party names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on Otaku EX does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
Third-Party Links and Embedded Services
Otaku EX may link to or embed content from third parties, including YouTube and official sources. Third-party services are controlled by their respective operators and may have their own terms and privacy practices. Severability and No Waiver
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
